Approach
Measure first. Build second.
We are a small consulting firm that works with companies that make or service medical devices and equipment. Our view is simple. Most of these companies make excellent products and then leave their growth to the calendar. We think growth deserves the same discipline as manufacturing.
A forecast is a design problem.
When revenue is hard to predict, the usual answer is a better spreadsheet. We think the spreadsheet is fine. The inputs are the problem. If every new buyer arrives through one road, the forecast can only be as steady as that road.
So we add roads. Each one is built to be measured from the first week, run with care and judged against a baseline. Over time the dotted part of the chart gets shorter.
We also think people in hospitals are busy and skeptical, and right to be. A message that wastes their time costs you more than silence. That is why we write to one person at a time and have a human read it before it goes.
How an engagement runs
Map
We read how you reach buyers today and where an engine would fit first. You get the Reachable Buyer Map whether or not we go further.
Baseline
Together we agree what the business looks like now and what would count as progress. That agreement is written down before any work starts.
Build
We design the channels the map pointed to, write the messaging, set up the data and get every claim reviewed by your people.
Run
We operate the channels and report against the baseline. Where something does not work, we change it and tell you why.
Hand over
Once the channels produce pipeline, we train your team and move everything to your side: the playbook, the data, the sequences and the habits.
What we need from you
- A decision makerSomeone who can approve messaging and say yes to change.
- Your historyAccess to the records of who you have sold to and lost.
- A reviewerThe person who signs off claims about your products.
- CandorTell us when a buyer group is off limits, and why.
We work with a small number of companies at a time, so each one gets the attention a regulated market needs.
See your own map first.
Tell us a little about your company and we will come back with a plain read of where you stand. No deck. No obligation.
